gosh, just sitting here reflecting on everything and feeling so incredibly grateful today. it’s not always easy, we all know that, but there are these moments that really just hit you different. like, I caught myself smiling for no particular reason earlier, just genuinely content, and then I realized how far I've come. The old me would be planning how to escape the day, not embracing it. it's a HUGE shift and I don't think I appreciated it enough until now. To truly feel this sense of peace, without that constant hum of needing to be elsewhere or do something else. it's a gift. this community has been such a big part of that too, knowing I'm not alone on this path. thank you all for just existing and being you. 💪 so much love for everyone here.
