Okay, here's a confession. I had a really tough day yesterday, just one of those days where everything felt heavy. And for a split second, the thought crossed my mind, "just one drink, no one would know." It was so fleeting, but it was there, and it kinda shook me. I didn't act on it, obviously, but it reminded me that this journey is never completely over, and those old patterns can still try to sneak in.
