Today, I'm just overwhelmed with how good it feels to have… options. Like, simple options. For so long, it felt like there was only one path, one way to cope, one escape. And now, seeing the sun set, realizing I can just choose to make some tea, or go for a walk, or call a friend, without that other thing hanging over me? That's a profound feeling. It's not always easy, no way, but the FREEDOM of it all… that's what's hitting me today. It's literally HUGE to not have that constant pull. To actually feel like I'm steering the ship, you know? It’s a gift I don’t take for granted, not for a second. So much gratitude for just being here, present, and able to choose my own damn adventure.
