Just reading through some of the posts here and feeling such a connection to everyone's journey. Recovery can be isolating, but this community makes it less so. I've been through those intense early days and the longer stretches too, when things feel…different. It's a real rollercoaster, and I know how hard it can be to reach out when you're feeling low or even when you're soaring but still a bit scared.
