One month sober today!! I’ve had some hard moments this month where I normally would have used alcohol to get through but I managed to stay sober. I went to a wedding, I threw a birthday party for my friend, and I dealt with a health scare all while maintaining my sobriety. At 22 years old the odds felt stacked against me when it came to getting sober. I’m proving to myself that I’m capable, and I want to keep centering my life around my sobriety!
