Wow, had a real unexpected wave hit me this morning. Just outta nowhere, that old familiar whisper, trying to tell me a quick hit would make everything "better." It's so sneaky, isn't it? It's been a while since it felt so strong. But I sat with it. Didn't fight it, just let it be there. And guess what? It passed. It always does. This journey is WILD, and it's not always pretty.
