Just had a moment of pure clarity this afternoon, like a little light switch flipped on. I was watching a group of friends laughing, really truly laughing, and for a split second I realized... wow. I'm actually in this moment. I'm present. Not thinking about how to get out of it, or what drink I'd want, or if I'm saying the right thing. Just... here. And it's so freeing, it's almost overwhelming. 🤯 It’s crazy how long I went without really feeling that, you know? It's a quiet victory but it feels HUGE. Sometimes these little realizations hit you and it’s just like, oh my god, this is what everyone else was talking about. This is why we do it. ❤️ What a gift.
