59 days sober. I was hospitalised due to a cardiac event cause by in an interaction between medications I was taking. This was further exacerbated by alcohol. I had been drinking alcohol a lot over the previous month. My blood pressure was through the roof and my heart went crazy. The most scary moment of my life. My wife called emergency services and paramedics got to me in under 10 minutes. Alcohol is not my friend.
