damn, felt a real pull today. the kind that kinda sneaks up on you when you're least expecting it. just a weird day, a bunch of small annoyances piling up, and suddenly my brain was like "hey remember that old friend? he's still here!" it wasn't a full-blown emergency but it was enough to make me stop and think. still cant believe coming up on 1 week sober. it's like my body remembers the old way of coping before my mind catches up sometimes. just gotta breathe through it, right? you guys are all awesome. hope everyone else is holding steady
