I got wasted on Friday, ruined a friendship (she needs space) by being insecure. It was the anniversary of something bad & I should’ve known not to drink. I just can’t stop when I start. I’m so ashamed of what happened I can’t even begin unpacking it all. I’m so embarrassed & never want to see them again, I can’t face what I did.
