Ugh. Just one of those days where I'm so PROUD of how far I've come, but man, it's like the universe is testing me with every single interaction. Had a conversation today that just... stripped me of all my energy. My old self would've been halfway to the liquor store by now, just to numb out and forget about how frustrating it all felt. But here I am, feeling it ALL, and it's EXHAUSTING. Not gonna drink, that's not even a question, but it doesn't mean it's not incredibly hard to just sit with this feeling of absolute RAGE and frustration. Just needed to get that off my chest. Sending strength to everyone facing down their own dragons today.
