man, just sitting here reflecting and feeling a lot of gratitude today. sometimes it still blows my mind that i get to wake up and actually FEEL things, you know? like the good stuff and even the harder stuff, it’s all real and it’s mine. that’s a HUGE deal after how long i spent numb. i'm just so thankful for this community too. seriously, knowing there are other people out there who get it, who are on their own journeys... it makes such a difference. it's easy to forget how much power there is in just showing up and being real with each other. thanks for being here, everyone. 💪 it really means a lot.
