Got rid of the tools i would use tonight. Feeling very nervous about it. Makes me feel like my environment is less safe now. Not sure what to do now when the urge hits now and I can’t control it because I have no ways to feed the addiction, and that’s scary. Almost feel like I lost a best friend or something
