Oh, I remember those first meetings so clearly. The anxiety, the hope, the feeling like you were stepping into a whole new world but also like you'd just found your people. It's a surreal mix. If you're heading to your first one, or maybe you just got back from it, WELL done. That takes a lot of courage, a lot of strength just to walk through that door. Give yourself some credit for that, it's a BIG step! It's okay to feel a little overwhelmed or even a little scared. I know I sure did. But remember, everyone there has been exactly where you are, or pretty close to it. We all started somewhere. Just show up, listen, and know you're not alone in this. That's literally HUGE. ❤️‍🩹
