Man, I'm just… frustrated today. It feels like I'm running on a treadmill sometimes, putting in all this work, showing up for meetings, doing the steps, and yet I feel like I'm just spinning my wheels. Like, I’m trying SO hard to make progress, to actually feel different, but then I have days like today where it just feels flat. Like nothing's really moving. It's just exhausting, you know? To be doing everything "right" and still feel like you're stuck in the same damn spot. Like, when does it actually start to feel easier? When does the internal shift happen that everyone talks about? Just really discouraged today. Feels like I'm doing all this for nothing sometimes.
