Day 3 today.. always the worst for me. Please give me the strength not to give in again. How do you get past this feeling of needing to do something like have a drink or smoke 🙄 like a haunting feeling no matter what im doing who im with or what time of day it is. I hate how much control it has over my mood and life in general. I feel like I need it to function but know I don't. I just can't find a distraction or shut up the voice saying why are you doing this to yourself just have one.
