Hey been alcohol free for almost 3 days and I’ve had the worst few days 😣 I have been drinking for the past 10 years, mostly binge drinking on the weekends or whenever I felt like it honestly…I really have had enough of how it’s ruining pretty much everything in my life and especially my relationship…he is the best and I can’t lose him 🥹 I just hope I don’t slip back into my old ways, what do you guys think is best to stop cravings? Maybe even therapy or medication?
